2005, at a time when manufacturers are creating new models, each one as crazy as the next, one brand is preparing to rise from its ashes.
And this brand is not just any brand, Bugatti, with a track record and a list of legendary cars, the Alsatian brand is a true monument of automotive culture.
This renaissance is due to a certain Ferdinand Piëch, boss of the Volkswagen group in 2005, the director wishes to have a brand capable of creating a car that can exceed 400km/h in a comfort worthy of a Bentley.
And for this, he bought a brand that had already shown what it was capable of with a car that marked the 90s, the EB110.
At the Geneva Motor Show in 2000, rumors were circulating that a car with a quad-turbocharged W16 was being prepared by Bugatti.
And it is in 2005 that it is presented, the Bugatti Veyron, with its hallucinating performances it turns the heads, 2 tons on the scale, engine W16, 4 turbocompressors developing 1001 horses and the promise to reach 400km/h.

In 2005, the Veyron ushered in a new era of pure speed, making its competitors look like simple sports cars.
The Bugatti myth was born, and since 2005 the brand has continued to evolve, pushing the limits of luxury and speed ever further.
